Fresh Black Truffles flown in weekly from Spain. The Season and quality of these depends on the cooler winter weather and flavour and aroma is usually best through January and February. These are the same dark species as our Australian Winters. Pre orders recommended to ensure supply especially close to Chinese New Year and Valentines. Please note European Truffle prices are dictated weekly by the market and always best to check and enquire at time of purchase as you may notice prices change through the season.
