Blast Frozen Australian Winter Truffle (Melanosporum)

Please note: The Blast Frozen Truffle has a sweet fruity aroma and is great for slicing frozen over pizzas, pastas and risottos and for adding flavour to sauces, eggs, truffle butter, cooking. It is a great alternative when Fresh Truffle is unavailable or you wish to use Australian Local Product out of season.

Please note: Frozen Truffle does not behave like fresh truffle, as it thaws it does become soft due to the high water content naturally in Truffles and should be used as soon as thawed or whilst frozen.

It can be sliced and grated.
